Issues of Professionalism

Professional conduct enhances the credibility of the agent and the profession. This engaging audio/visual course presentation discusses conflicts that may arise in practice.

It includes forms of agent misconduct with an emphasis on conflicts of interest and policy replacement, aspects of privacy and confidentiality in light of PIPEDA, causes of liability for agents, and E&O insurance details.

*** Entry of CE for the same course more than once may be permitted on an exception basis only. If an agent wishes to claim credit for a course more than once, the agent must contact Council for prior approval and provide written reasons.
